Payment terms are net 30. Credit application may be required for terms. PDC Healthcare accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and checks. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
Freight F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid
Freight is free on ground transportation only within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii customers will pay UPS 3-day service for freight. Carrier’s fuel surcharges (if any) will be added to invoice.
Minimum order is $100.00. Below minimum there is a $25.00 charge.
Sales tax is added where applicable.
Same Day Shipments
Rush fee of $100 will be assessed for orders shipped on the same day they are placed.
Most products ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom imprinted products can take longer.
Please allow 3-7 business days for transit depending upon your location. Next day and expedited shipping is available.
Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be directed to PDC Healthcare within ten (10) days.
All returns for credit require written authorization from PDC Healthcare. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form contact Customer Care at 800.435.4242. Custom printed or serialized product is not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received by PDC Healthcare within 10 working days from date of issuance. PDC Healthcare will allow returns under the following conditions:
- When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
- When shipped in error by PDC Healthcare, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.
All orders for custom imprinted products must be in writing and for no less than 2 boxes per imprint, per wristband style. No verbal orders accepted. All orders must be accompanied by a copy or actual sample of imprint. Allow 10 working days for production prior to shipment from factory. Artwork Copyright Infringement
Customer assumes sole responsibility for accuracy and use of artwork and indemnifies PDC Healthcare in the event of any claims for copyright infringement. By signing/approving an artwork, customer certifies that they are legally authorized to use such logos, trade names, or trademarks.
